  • "I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the standard of craftsmanship your contractors displayed on the fitting out of the cladding on the boathouse wall at the rear of the Hovercraft bay. Not only did they retro –fit the cladding, they also gave our internal doors a fresh coat of paint and their work has really made the place shine. Keeping these surfaces clean is going to be a lot easier and this area is often the first thing visitors see so this is very important to us. Please pass on our thanks to Gary & Steve of Vision Interior Projects Ltd for a great job well done."

88 High Street, Epsom

Located on the High Street in Epsom, Surrey, comprising a two story Building complete with pitched roof and twin extended chimney stack to the front and rear of the building. Based within the building are Leighton’s opticians, the Clock Tower Dental Surgery and a private residential flat.
The work which Vision Interior Projects carried out involved the repairs and decoration to the external walls including the Stucco and all brickwork, Chimney stacks both front and rear and both crittal and timber windows, including window care repair system for the timber windows.
The scaffold erection to the front of the building had to allow for pedestrian access as it was located by a busy bus stop and also had the added problem of road signage to contend with.
After consulting the local highways team and adhering to their advice permission was granted for the scaffold to be erected.
The internal works comprised of upgrading the main entrance staircase and landings (which provided access to the dentist surgery and the residential flat) in line with the fire regulations, which required a full refurbishment of all ceilings and walls to fully comply. All existing ceilings were removed and replaced by Vision Interior Projects with 15mm fire line board as well as the walls and finished with a 5mm skim coat of plaster.
As the door to the residential flat was located within the landing of the stairwell this was removed and also upgraded to a FD30 door and frame. A complete decoration of the stairwell, landing and surrounding walls was undertaken and all electrics refitted and tested.

The works were completed four weeks after we started in line with the project programme and within budget. Again, Vision have completed another project on time, working for our client CLUTTONS in Brighton.
